Naruto's SM boost for BM isn't anywhere near as large as it is for his boost from Base to SM. The advantages don't help him beat Minato when Minato has Hiraishin to teleport away from his straightforward attacks and S/T Barrier to redirect pretty much every nuke he throws at him.

Naruto's SM boost for BM isn't anywhere near as large as it is for his boost from Base to SM. The advantages don't help him beat Minato when Minato has Hiraishin to teleport away from his straightforward attacks and S/T Barrier to redirect pretty much every nuke he throws at him.

Right, but from a defensive standpoint minato shouldn't be able to do much to BSM. naruto could just not rely on range attacks that are easily countered by minato, but instead what naruto should do is just depend on his vast amount of shadow clones and use sage-mode w/chakra arms to sense, react and counter minato's attacks if he comes in close. if there isn't any true benefit from BSM compared to BM other than sage chakra > juubi jinks. then what's the point? lol might as well just let KCM minato solo BSM naruto

Naruto's Senjutsu boost isn't large enough to let him tank his strongest move from before his boost, which would be his Flash Bijuu Dama. So Minato can hurt him, it'll just take time. If Minato marks him, which will easily occur if they engage in Avatar to Avatar combat, then Minato can warp Naruto's own attacks (or his own) right onto Naruto's body to prevent him from defending with his tails.

-Can't use a vast amount of clones if he wants to use his Avatar.
-Not sure how his vast amount of clones are supposed to counter anything Minato does while in Bijuu Mode.
-There is a benefit. A strength boost. The size of it isn't as large as people would think so in this particular scenario it doesn't help him.

Naruto's Senjutsu Enhancement doesn't given him that big of an edge against BM Minato in terms of raw power, but having a superior link with Kurama enables him to use Bijuu Mode for longer periods of time and with knowledge on Hiraishin and Sage Sensing, he should be able to anticipate all of Minato's blindside attempts and should be able to stall him with clones (only a few at most, however) until Minato's Bijuu Mode runs out.
