That's not rinnegan genjutsu, that's mangekyou enhanced by the rinnegan. The tomoes represent sasuke capable of using MS abilities

Well if we are going to use all the abilities naruto has then yes he can do it just as fast as sasuku without even using chakra all he needs to say is "follow me" and he wins and even when sasuke uses gen jutsu on them, then naruto will beat them and sasuke so yeah naruto owns

OT: Any other rikudo character/possibly any 3T/MS/rinnegan user + Himawari. Hashi wouldn't be too far behind either.

Going off the title, killing them counts. In which case Ohnoki/Mu with jinton + raikage or peeps with big chakra pools with sage tools. Uzumaki with adamantine chains also. Not as fast ofc.

Edit: Adding SM Naruto & Jiraiya with frog song as well as Tayuya + SM Kabuto.
