Minato wins.
There is a lot of BS in the OP. You should stick to facts. The manga proved the "2v1" statement was garbage. Just like the manga proved Amaterasu can be avoided. Jiraya was not inferior to Oro. Oro made that BS claim.
Minato has Itachi beat in speed. He can use FTG (space/time jutsu) to move at the speed of light. He doesn't need kunai to use FTG. He can warp to anywhere his chakra is. He just uses kunai to quickly and easily disperse his chakra across a battlefield. Understand his chakra is literally sealed in the seals. Minato can used FTG to warp and redirect Itachi's jutsu.
Minato and Itachi are both incredibly fast in handseals. The difference is Minato can use one hand to perform handseals, Itachi can't.
Minato has better stamina. A huge amount of chakra is needed to learn sage mode. Just because he chooses to end his battles quickly doesn't mean he can't fight for a long time.
Minato can sense chakra.
Minato has sage mode that boost all his powers and jutsu. Yes, he did say he wasn't very good at it, but he was able to perfect the transformation. Realize, his definition of not being very good at sage mode might be very different from someone else's definition. He is a very high level ninja and a genius. It's possible he holds himself at a higher standard than majority.
You are right, Minato has no feats in genjutsu. But we do know that Jiraya trained him and Jiraya understood how genjutsu works and knew how to defeat genjutsu. So Minato would understand how genjutsu works and know how to defeat genjutsu. He can use yin release, he is very skilled in chakra control and a genius. There is plenty of evidence to support Minato being able to defeat genjutsu.
Killer Bee never predicted or intercepted Minato's FTG attack. That was a huge misunderstanding. We see Minato warping behind Killer Bee here -

- Several scenes go by before we see Killer Bee with is sword against Minato's stomach -

- That means Killer Bee had time to raise his sword while everyone was talking and realizing what just happened. If the manga wanted to show Killer Bee predicting and intercepting Minato's FTG attack then the manga would have showed Killer Bee's sword against Minato immediately after he warped behind him.
Besides, when Minato attacked Obito head on Obito couldn't predict, intercept, counter, or evade Minato's FTG attack even thought he is an incredibly fast ninja with the sharingan, space/time jutsu, and phasing jutsu. Minato could have used the same FTG attack he used on Obito to avoid Killer Bee's sword and defeat him.
Just like some many other threads this is another eye power vs body power. Itachi has the eye power (sharingan) and Minato has the body power (sage mode). But unlike Itachi, Minato doesn't rely as much on his sage mode as Itachi relies on his sharingan. Minato is already incredibly powerful without the boost.
