He most likely looses considering Susanoo has shown to tank massive damage and Vaccum palm wall has feat of pushing Juubi tail backward but not doing damage,He gets masive advantage against Akatsuki members like Kakuzu,Konan and Deidara though

Well, that's just your opinion. Madara said he could destroy the universe with the swing of his sword, that's a huge hyperbole. Something like that is OP being comparison, which gives high doubts that it's truly possible. But being able to increase the flow of chakra by pressing on the chakra points, that's not as much of a hyperbole and is much more possible. I'm not saying that the Hyuuga can do it (although the manga says that), i'm saying that it could be a possibility.

I wouldn't call it a boost. Other wise they would increase their own chakra flow in fights by pressing their own points to give themselves an advantage.

I'm pretty sure the point of increasing someones chakra flow is to make it harder for them to control chakra, Not giving them physical/ninja techniques boosts.
Making it harder to mold chakra and harder to use basic nin/gen, since i doubt people practice molding/Controlling chakra that is rushing around their bodies faster than usual.

Yes I think it just amps their techs , making them bigger , better , faster an of more range.

Example bein if madara got intimate with hinata and got his tenketsu pressed then his juubi size katon along with all jutsus gets amped , how much is unknown tho.

Should be possible for them to amp their own chakra in similar fashion kinda like when gained pressed his heart tenletsu to open 8 gate.

makes no sense. since increasing chakra flow wouldn't actually make their technique any stronger. I think increasing the flow is more like a medical procedure.

Theoretically it be similar to 8 gates shutting off the built in safety. We only saw this in one filler episode were Hinata increased the magnetic powers of the fat brother and He basicaly was attracted by the iron in the soiled and got burry alive. Like I said it was a filler but theoretically its possible as well as good and bad results as in the filler.
