Yes I think it just amps their techs , making them bigger , better , faster an of more range.

Example bein if madara got intimate with hinata and got his tenketsu pressed then his juubi size katon along with all jutsus gets amped , how much is unknown tho.

Should be possible for them to amp their own chakra in similar fashion kinda like when gained pressed his heart tenletsu to open 8 gate.
