But Neji also has his byakugan which has sensory capabilities which he can react well with CQC fight, and his gentlefist has been shown to be so versatile and He can manipulate chakra to the greatest degree in the entire series thanks to the Byakugan. Because of this, he can asses almost every situation and manipulate his chakra to his advantage

And if he was able to get close, he can easily kill their enemies with one strike once an 8-trigram has been made, you can't escape from that grasp.

This is EMS Sasuke here who has a PS so I don't get how Sakura or Neji has a legit chance here of even trying to tank his PS. Max Sakura can do if Sasuke gave here a chance is a shot to crack the PS but I'm not sure even this is possible as the PS is durable to physical attacks.

What I'm addressing here is if ems sasuke didn't use Susanoo, Neji will likely have his chance. And sasuke was never shown to use PS not from what I can remember.
