The whole point I made in that statement is that depending on battle circumstance, Sasuke may not use susanoo, and if neji by chance somehow gets close to Sasuke in close combat and able to hit him with Gentlefist, he would easily K.O. him.

This is EMS Sasuke here who has a PS so I don't get how Sakura or Neji has a legit chance here of even trying to tank his PS. Max Sakura can do if Sasuke gave here a chance is a shot to crack the PS but I'm not sure even this is possible as the PS is durable to physical attacks.
