And Kishi never gave any real focus on the Uzumaki clan. Though their story was obviously a retcon.

1. Kakashi part I agree is plot. I guess Tobi can give away rikudou chakra powered kamui now.

2. He already activated Susanoo once, so I don't think you need your eyes to do it again. The chakra comes from the brain after all.

3. Transcript Izanagi is different then the actual jutsu. It's a seal that activates once the conditions are met.
Like how transcript seal Amaterasu still activated after Itachi's death. It's a prep seal as a last ditch effort.

The one who is not Uchiha able to copy thousand of jutsus and unlock sharingan potential to further stage. He is also being very smart than everyone else even when he doesnt have sharingan. He also has been witness countless of Susano, different tech from Sharingan.

So it all come down to if he has power or not. Madara can even use Kamui the first time he got the eye a few second later.

The eyes thingy is just simply a byproduct of the special chakra that ignites within the brain.

the eyes themselves doesn't really do anything at all. technically speaking its the body and the chakra, the eyes are just eyes

If that was true, then implanting eyes would do nothing.
