Madara died to hashirama yet izanagi activated AFTER he died. wtf?? If he's dead then his brain is too which mean how can his eyes function without a active brain??

The eyes thingy is just simply a byproduct of the special chakra that ignites within the brain.

the eyes themselves doesn't really do anything at all. technically speaking its the body and the chakra, the eyes are just eyes

1. Kakashi part I agree is plot. I guess Tobi can give away rikudou chakra powered kamui now.

2. He already activated Susanoo once, so I don't think you need your eyes to do it again. The chakra comes from the brain after all.

3. Transcript Izanagi is different then the actual jutsu. It's a seal that activates once the conditions are met.
Like how transcript seal Amaterasu still activated after Itachi's death. It's a prep seal as a last ditch effort.

1) Kakashi is the Copy Ninja and there was another PS around, take the hint. And the chakra will be mixed with his own, obviously.
2) Because it isn't like Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi or Kamui; it's not aimed or using eyesight. So as long as his Mangekyou gene is awakened, he can manifest it.
3) Madara is an extraordinarily powerful Uchiha who used the Gedou's chains; not to mention most of the Bijuu had already been extracted except for Naruto; who noted that Kurama was "outside of his body".
4) Just like Transcription Seal: Amaterasu, Madara did the same thing with Izanagi. Eye power doesn't just "die" or disappear when the person is dead.

Then what's the point of the Senju clan? If the "eye thingy" you mention was just an "eye thingy" then how do you explain the fact that Obito could see what Kakashi was seeing right before he stabbed Rin? You are trying to logically explain the unexplainable. Oh, right, it's the body and chakra. Maybe Mitsuki can use Perfect Susanoo as well since the MS is apparently not needed and it's only "the body and chraka" that is required.

OP: Don't forget to mention the fact that Obito's mangekyo awakened in Kakashi eye socket despite Obito not being physically linked to his former eye.

The wireless Susanoo thing annoys me because if Susanoo contributed to Sasuke losing his eyesight, he technically didn't even need to activate MS to use it. Nor should it have faded when he was half blind.. It's inconsistent.

That wasn't BS, Obito has Rikudou chakra so his Sharingan abilities evolved into Rinnegan feats, because the Sharingan is a devolved version of Kaguya's eye. He transmigrated into Kakashi temporarily which granted him Susanoo like Indra transmigrating into Madara giving him perfect Susano'o

I'd agree here though I guess that only means that Obito's and Kakashi's Chakra are powerful enough to manifest PS with his Rikudou Chakra improving it further. Even then, it shouldn't have been God-Tier considering the amount of Rikudou Chakra he received was small.

Also, since Susano'o is the manifestation of the user's chakra, then Kakashi's own Chakra was used in the jutsu, much like how Kurama's chakra is used along with the user's own chakra in their techniques to amplify it further.

True, though Nagato acts as the Outer Path, not Deva Path which could explain why the sealing took even longer, or the fact that Obito was superior to Nagato in terms of Outer Path which Naruto even admitted and Madara was obviously a lot better than that which could explain it.

Yeah, it was a time-delayed jutsu much like how Itachi's Amaterasu was for Sasuke when he first confronted Obito, so it either activated prior to his death, or it activated afterwards and rewrote that part and made it as if it didn't happen:

Itachi explains how Izanagi enables you to delete undesirable events that happen to you and go back and change it. Madara did the same by changing his destiny and deleting the time of his death.
