"Hello there Penguin. It seems you have learned from your teacher quite well. I remember when you started out and was just a speckle in my eye. Ahem, well yes, I would like to learn that trick from you though I do regret I have nothing to offer you other than my profound respect and our friendship."Penguin arrives outside the borders of Ame to find his good friend. Suddenly he forms a hand seal and he inserts his chakra into the ground to form a meter wide current of water. He dives in it, speeding towards his friend until hitting the nice syrupy cushion at the end of the current.
Suiton: Pengin no Ima - Water Style: Penguin's Current
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Medium
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: After forming the bird hand seal, the user sends his chakra onto into the ground. This chakra forms an extremely fast current of water to be formed about a meter deep and a meter wide. At the end of the current is a wall of water with high viscosity chakra content, cushioning the impact of anything that hits it.
Note: Can only be used twice.
Note: Can only be taught by Penguin.
Note: Lasts a single turn.
What's good? You interested in learning a little bit? I made the baby by myself. :3
It is alright Yamato-san. I am just happy to teach. I require nothing but the proper use of this technique, and tell me it's disadvantages and strengths, as well as how you would use it in battle. Not too much to ask, right?"Hello there Penguin. It seems you have learned from your teacher quite well. I remember when you started out and was just a speckle in my eye. Ahem, well yes, I would like to learn that trick from you though I do regret I have nothing to offer you other than my profound respect and our friendship."
Deviation (codename for Yamato on this mission) bowed to his friend and spoke quite respectfully.
"So what do you require of me to learn that neat trick of yours? Blood? Virgins? Goat piss?"
"Not at all my friend. I shall do my best."It is alright Yamato-san. I am just happy to teach. I require nothing but the proper use of this technique, and tell me it's disadvantages and strengths, as well as how you would use it in battle. Not too much to ask, right?
"I believe you may be overestimating its speed, you know, for a C-Ranked technique. But we'll leave it at that.Hm good answer now let me answer your questions. You can travel on or in it, but I would imagine you wouldn't want to be standing traveling at 3rd gate speeds. It is only a meter deep, so try not to dive from very high distances. It is predetermined. The wall is quite advantageous in some situations. Like having a sword or kunai out, extended before diving in the water at full speed, and cutting your enemy before either of you could react. The wall would save you in that situation. But the way you would use it is good too.
Katon/Fuuton: Moeru Yōna Pengin no Bāningu ha Ω Fire/Wind Style: Burning Leaves of the Flaming Penguin
Type: Offensive
Rank: C
Range: Medium-Long
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description: If the user is in a forest, they can begin to start gathering katon chakra. Once that is done, they insert that chakra into leaves around the opponent. With those leaves now beginning to burn and smoke, the user flashes the bird hand seal and begins to cause a gust to occur by the opponent. This gust would not only blow the leaves off the trees towards and around the opponent, but the wind would also increase the fire's heat and move the smoke from the leaves around. This would cause the opponent major annoyances and small burns if the leaves around him touch their skin.
Ω Can be used four times per battle
Ω Can only be taught by Penguin.
