As the clouds form and the rain begin to fall down upon me I free my hands from my bags while the mouths of my hands are still chewing the clay. I perform a wind jutsu to protect at least myself from the rain.

Blowing the clouds away from me and the rain itself that has already dropped from above I am reletively safe. Though regardless of the clouds being blown away you still gather the remainder of the clouds to perform your lightning attack that will be aimed towards us. I let go of the clay that I have been chewing within my hands to create multiple 4 winged birds that fly extremely fast towards your location. (about 8, 4 from each hand.)This is all at the same time as you gather the clouds.

C-3 makes Ohak
hako Is said to be able to destroy a whole village with its blast.(chakra=30,Damage= 70)
C-4 makes Garuda.This jutsu makes a huge copy of the original that explodes sending out millions of microscopic bombs.Also This level makes (Kyuukyoyu Geijutsu)-Ultimate Art where the user detonates them self win and the blast covers 10 kilometers.This will kill the user if done.(Chakra= 40,Damage= 90)
NOTE:Only Deidara can use this jutsu.
Performing the handseal and making them all explode before being attacked all around you. Regardless of having worked or not I prepare to defend myself from the attack that is to come. When surrounded by clouds I perform a desperate attack to counteract the lightning clouds that will be attacking me by slicing them apart with multiple wind blades by making one hand seal and spinning around shooting them from my mouth. Slowed or if anything destroyed I take the opportunity to jump down and finish the remaining with the clone's explosion with another hand seal. The clone's explosion triggers the birds explosion making a fire explosion that will surely dissipate any remaining clouds that you made. Due to the wind blades the lightning chakra within the clouds have been counter acted by weakness.
