They're all the same types of sharingans, they're just copies of sharingans on the eyes.
Shin is just a copy of Tobi. He uses his shin juniors as a shared vision six paths of pains and uses a space-time technique that mimic kamui. The only thing he's missing is mokuton which he does not have because he has no senju dna. Orochimaru figured out a way to create a functioning human being without using Izanagi or Naruto's sun seal COAT stuff.
