Indra and Ashura both received a half of Hagoromo's Chakra individually, but unlike Naruto and Sasuke, they received an inferior type of Chakra due to only possessing a single component of Rikudou's Chakra whereas Naruto and Sasuke received half of the "full package". Logically, Naruto and Sasuke should be stronger, but things get tricky here considering Asura possessed a mode similar to Rikudou Senjutsu meaning that he did possess Rikudou's Chakra with Indra's chakra enabling Indra to rival Asura's RSM.

Though even with that, I'd wager Asura and Indra as RSM Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke's abilities due to them possessing other Chakra(s) on top Rikudou's Chakra which gave both superior abilities individually and also displayed superior mastery over Yin-Yang Release overall with Sasuke being the best example of it.

Naruto and Sasuke were stronger, but Indra and Asura should be God-Tier.

The answer is no, they did not. Asura and Indra both inherited only one component of Hagoromo's Chakra.

This clearly explains that Asura inherited Rikudou's Physical Energy or Yang Component of his Chakra whereas Indra only inherited Rikudou's Spiritual Energy or Yin Component of his Chakra. It also is explained by the idea that Madara (Indra) required Hashirama's (Asura) Chakra to awaken the Rinnegan as Indra's Chakra is only a component of Rikudou's Chakra and that makes sense as Black Zetsu admitted that the only ones who were capable of awakening the Rinnegan was Hagoromo and Madara meaning that Indra didn't have Rikudou's Chakra because if he did, then he would've awakened the Rinnegan as well.

Rikudou's Chakra = Uchiha + Senju.

However, it's stated here:

That the descendants of Indra were known as the Uchiha and the descendants of Asura were known as the Senju hinting at the idea that Indra and Asura only contained one of the powers whereas Rikudou contained both the power of the Uchiha and Senju making it clear that Indra and Asura didn't have Rikudou's Chakra, but only a component of his chakra.

That's my assumption because he seemed to have been using TSB against Indra, so he likely did receive Chakra directly from Hagoromo eventually.

It could be TTB but whatever.
When i think about it ,Ashura needs an extra chakra boost in order to match Indra's gigantic PS with his tiny avatar .his avatar needs to be powered by a much stronger chakra than that of Indra's chakra that manifests PS .so yes Ashura has likely awakened or recieved a chakra boost but again that doesn't determine how powerful exactly they are .Indra doesn't need the same level of chakra in order to match Ashura since his chakra can be materialized into gigantic PS .

Why can't we view it in that way ?,Indra is as strong as EMS Madara since Madara has his chakra flow through his body and also has gigantic PS .

Yes they had rikudou chakra, by your logic naruto should'nt have rikudou chakra as he only has the yang power, and why did kakashi with MS use a PS, its because of rikudou chakra, so yea ashuura and indra had rikudou chakra, but since indra only has MS, he should be below rinnegan sasuke, but stronger than EMS madara, and if indra stalemated ashuura then that means ashuura is below naruto as naruto stalemated rinnegan sasuke, they should be just below vote 2 sasuke and naruto
