Description: You're walking down a street, when you see bright flashes of light in the sky. They seem to be mainly green and yellow, so you immediately go to investigate. The figure with the Yellow ring crashes in front of you suddenly. The man claims that he is an intergalactic Yellow Lantern, and that he could use your help fighting the Green Lantern. However, suddenly more lights begin to appear in the sky, and you're told to deal with the Green Lantern in front of you. Before you can react, the Yellow Lantern shoots off into the sky to deal with the other Green Lanterns. As he does so, the Green Lantern begins to slowly get up.
Reward: 40 EXP

Inferno was walking down the street, but green and yellow flashes of light lit up the sky. Immediately after a huge flash of green light, a man carrying a yellow ring came crashing down suddenly, grunting viciously at the impact of the landing.

Yo, what the hell?

The yellow ringed man got up slowly, and more yellow and green lights filled the sky, almost creating a picture in the stars. Then suddenly, with a yellow flash of light, a green energy begins to skyrocket towards the ground, a few meters away from Inferno and the yellow lantern.

Deal with that one right there while I reinforce my people.

Johnny laughed at the yellow lantern as he flew away. Johnny was a cocky person, and rightfully so at times, but to hit the ground with that much force and continue to fight? What were these people exactly, and what kind of powers did these people possess?

Description: Inferno will channel energy throughout his whole body and change his
body's constitution into a fiery-plasma like state opposed to his regular, human form. Unlike his heavy human form, Inferno's fiery-plasma form is intangible to regular, solid objects as his body is made of fire. However, when attacks containing energy make contact with the fire (according to regular elemental interactions) or technology with sufficient enough methods (sucking away fire, etc.), the fire could in fact be put out and leave Inferno out of his powered up form. Due to Inferno's whole body being made out of the fiery-plasma which is considerably lighter and has less mass opposed to his human form, he has the ability to fly at considerable speeds. The fiery-plasma form also gives Inferno a huge boost to his speed (+15) and energy (+15) as his whole body would be made of the energy he uses to attack and that fire is naturally fast and powerful. However, in this form, Inferno loses a considerable amount of raw, physical strength (-10) as his muscles which generate power would be in a non-solid state. This technique is passive in activation (still costs a move slot) and lasts the whole match (unless Inferno runs out of energy). While Inferno is in this form, he is immune to any heat or fire based attacks C rank and bellow.

Stel gets up off of the floor and is about to begin pursuit of the Yellow Lantern he was fighting before he notices him talking to an innocent bystander.

No! Get away from him! It's not safe here!

Just then the human approaches him and shouts "Flame On" before becoming completely aflame. So they were allies. He would have to chase down the Yellow Lantern of sector 2102 another time.

I'm giving you one chance. Surrender now and I won't use lethal force.

Johnny was walking towards the green lantern now. In his fiery-plasma state, he knew he had a pretty good amount of speed at his usage, but when hitting his top speed, he was actually too fast to control where he was going. To counteract this problem, Johnny began flying into the air, about thirty feet above any building but way below the fighting of the green and yellow lanterns.

What was that guy's name. The one with the Yellow ring on his finger. Where are you guys from? From the looks of it, your powers seem pretty similar...

Stel's ring is passively activated and he's more than prepared for a fight.

So you are the "good guys" then, right?

Inferno raised his right hand, and generated a fireball the size of a pirate ball above it. The scorching heat from this fireball was immense, but it felt amazing around Inferno. The feel of the heat almost soothed him and gave him an edge in battle, but it was more superstitious than anything.

If you are truly a good guy, you would try your best to protect the citizens of this town, huh?

Inferno then speed at top speed towards a civilian of the city, traveling about four blocks while still being above the town. Once he slowed down he saw what seemed to be like a middle aged man. Inferno then laughed as he threw the fireball towards the man, and once it exploded, it engulfed the man in flames, ending his life.

As soon as Inferno began to fly away from him, Stel raised his ring and released a beam of green energy that catches up to the opponent in no time. It forms an orb of green light around him and Stel pulls Inferno back towards himself. When he's within a few meters of him, he ceases the prison technique and seamlessly transitions into an attack. He releases an arrow of green light from his ring at Inferno.

What is this...?

Inferno began flying away at a good speed, until a green energy from the man's ring caught up to his amazing speed and ensnared him into a trap. After turning around to face the Lantern, Inferno could definitely tell that the ring was the source of this man's power. Maybe not the source, but definitely a tool that harnessed it. Without the ring, what could the man do?

The energy began pulling Inferno towards the lantern fellow, closer and closer to the ground. Inferno didn't want to be anywhere near the ground due to his excess speed compared to his own reactions, however it appeared that the Lantern fellow felt confident enough in his own abilities to where he would stand still. Inferno would not wait for the man to pull him closer to the ground. After being pulled for what seemed to be like seconds, Inferno's rage kicked in, with his flames growing due to his high energy. He then released a wave of flames towards the ringed man, breaking the green energetic cage that enclosed him and shortly after that, searing the green lantern like a steak.

He then flies towards Inferno and creates a glove of hard light around his right arm which he then swings into his opponent's plasma-like body. The two different types of energy clash and Inferno is sent falling towards the floor.

You are hereby placed under arrest for attacking a sworn officer of the Green Lantern Corps. I, Stel, Lantern of sector 3009 will escort you to Oa where you will await trial for your crimes.

As the Lantern flew upwards to dodge the fire, Inferno passively began bursting heatwaves from his body once his opponent came within range, which was about five meters. Once the heatwaves reached the Green Lantern, his body body was coated in a fiery-plasma like aura that did him no harm, but allowed Inferno to sense him due to the heat surrounding the Lantern, increasing the Intelligence of Inferno by a good margin.

Then the Lantern charged his ring and swung at Inferno. Due to Inferno's increased intelligence due to his new technique, he used his lightweight and lightmass body to charge upwards to avoid the punch then downwards as fast as he could to grab the Lantern by his face, using Inferno's Immolation to increase the flame output on his hand as he grabbed the Lantern's face, flying downwards as fast as he could. Inferno pulled up and released the man 3/4ths the way through, causing the Lantern to crash into the ground again.

Description: Dreadful Desiccation is one of Inferno's most ingenious techniques. While Inferno has his "Flame On" technique activated, he could start releasing omnidirectional bursts of heat from his body that can be felt up to five meters away from himself (cannot be physically reacted to, but perceived by the naked eye). The two things these bursts of heat do is coat objects up to five meters away in a fiery-plasma type aura (doesn't do any damage). This in turn allows Inferno to feel the heat levels of basically any object within five meters of him due to Inferno being able to sense heat signatures close to him, increasing his intelligence stat by ten due to him being able to feel everything around him. The only other side affect of bursting such hot heat throughout the area around Inferno is water or ice constructs, D rank and bellow, not being able to be generated from within the air up to five meters away from Inferno. However, constructs of ice or water that are made from the user's body and travel towards Inferno will be only sensed, not weakened.

He could see the attack but Inferno outstripped him speed by quite a margin and in such close quarters, he was powerless to do anything to stop it. His face is partially burned by the contact with Inferno's body and when he's let go of, he limply falls the floor. It was clear this battle was either going to be a stalemate or was going to end in Stel's own death. He couldn't die, not until he notified the guardians of this possible new threat. It seems the Yellow Lanterns were going outside the ranks of their own corps for allies, for what purpose, he had no idea.

He then creates an armour of hard light in case Inferno tries to attack him while he retreats and then takes off towards space.
