Not ocular powers, FYI RSM was gained via the merging of all the Biju chakra, same as with Madara and Obito's versions of it. Only differences are that they got it through the Juubi, while Naruto got them by the individual Biju. And Naruto got his amped by Hagoromo.
And if you want to take away ocular powers take away body powers as well since Biju powers are far less than ocular powers lol

SM and RSM are body powers, just in case you didn't know.

This is wrong. He did not only have SM activated for a few seconds, he actually engaged in CQC with Sasuke, who easily kept up with his speed and movement

And after that he cancelled it like i said and started to talk so if nauto won the cqc fight and he did because sasuke didn't know what hit him then sm beat cm 3t because sasuke didn't get one hit off of naruto in sm ...and it really was only a few sec what did you see and right before that he just went into 5 tails mode when he was fight yamato ,had to fight to get his body back and could barely move when he met up with sasuke but he still got off a hit in sm the few seconds he was in it.
