As a direct result of his cyborg/puppet modifications that he's conducted upon himself as well as years having spent as a bounty hunter and street thug in Amegakure, Franky is a powerfully built man with a height of at least seven feet. His forearms are relatively enormous while his biceps are comparably small. He has brightly-colored blue hair. His usual choice of clothing usually comprises of a speedo, which causes people to call him a pervert, and a shirt. He also has a pair of sunglasses which he usually wears when things start to get serious. He is represented by the color light blue (cyan), and he smells of cola.
Personality:
Franky is strong-willed and free-spirited, with an often blatant disregard for rules. Depending on the situation and the people he is dealing with Franky can be quite an altruist, as he is quick to defend other people and take action if his friends are harmed, he also holds the belief that no matter what a person is like, they should never be prejudiced or exterminated simply because of who they are. This often causes him to befriend and defend the wrongfully feared and persecuted. He tends to say the word 'Super', sometimes spelled "SUPA!", while doing his signature pose. Another of his habits is to refer to the 'current week' for exclamation as in "Of course I'm strong, and I've been especially strong this week." or "I've been like this all week.

- Taijutsu: Franky is excellent taijutsu user due his reinforced body and extremely strong punches. He has also been taught in advanced taijutsu and he can handle huge lot of damage without showing it to everyone.
- Weaponry: Franky is armed with several weapons constructed into his body in a human puppet like-ish feature. Due having those constructed in his body he doesn't carry any weapons with him nor is he able to use puppet jutsus. Even though his body is reinforced he still bleeds and has ( most of the ) organs. Carrying that amount of weaponry with him results him needing refill his ''fuel'' by drinking cola.
- Rain: Being from Hidden Rain franky has the ability to use rain element of course. Franky is good rain user and unlike many others he has mastered every rain jutsu that have been created by rain senseis.
- Speed: Franky isn't really fast on running or such things due the heavy armed body of his. But what he loses on speed he replaces with power in a fight.
- Handseals: Franky's handseal forming speed is average like many other ninjas. He knows all the handseals and has ability to use them in battle with every element.
- Earth and Wind: Earth and Wind are Franky's main elemental affinities. As having those two mastered he needs less handseals to make the jutsu(s) of those elements in battle.

Weaponry:
Can shoot explosive tagged kunais from shoulders. Right arm can be retracted and it has chain with it, creating flail-ish weapon. Left arm can be held straight out in front with his palm facing the opponent, his arm then rotates inward and his wrist opens like a door hinge. The hole in his left hand opens up to reveal a holes that can shoot needles or explosive pellets. Left arm's index finger's tip can be opened and it fires one small explosive pellet from it. His both arms are made from steel.Background Info.
History:
Franky was born in NB's Amegakure 23 years ago. His parents left him in Amegakure and ran away when he was 9 years old. Since that time he started working as Bounty hunter and street thug, causing him to pwn alot of noobs. He met few nice people along the way growing up such as: Chiryoku, Akiza, Sin, <3 The Pervy sage <3 and Rei-chwan <3. He made into ninja academy at the age of 12 with Akiza and Sin in his team and Rei-chwan as team leader. Upon missions he met alot of people like Musahibo ( All the conversations with him were akward ), Faust, Zenryoku, Zise and Emperor and now he thinks of them as his Nakama. He once had a fight with Emperor and that resulted his body pretty much eaten. Luckily evil doctor called Nero took his body to his secret base and to conduct experiments on it and build large amount of weapons in him ( That's reason why he carry weapons with him ) and had his arms build from steel due the fact that they were pretty much eaten by certain someone. He returned to Amegakure from Nero's secret base three years ago after Nero erasing location of his secret base from Franky's memory. When he got back to teh village all remembered him and his Nakama acknowledged him even though he had modifications on his body and new look. Nowadays he lives in his base with Sin, Akiza and Chiryoku.
