Custom Element Submition and Custom Jutsus

One thing I wanted to mention. It's stated that one can only possess one KG (in the bio restriction), however people seems to forget that CE are KG. Just remember Haku who had ice. It was his KG to mix both chakra to create ice jutsu. This mean that no one should ever be allowed to possess more then one CE (without KG) or one KG and no CE, with the current rules on NB.

I completely agree with the Hell Fire analogy. Hell Fire, White Fire, dare I say it Sun Fire, what's the difference.

May I point out that my CE, Dark Fire, was the first Fire related CE before Custom Elements were even adapted into submission/approval. So my CE is OG. Hell Fire and White Fire are just cheap knockoffs.

Dude, your element is EXACTLY like what we were talking about. Dark Fire is not an element, it's just an OP form of fire that you created. Any derivation of an element is the same. The only elements that should have been accepted in the first place are combinations of different element that create something different than both the original element.

Using wind+fire to make a huge/hotter fire isn't an element.

And I know that you'll disagree to save your custom, that's alright. However you can't deny that your element is part of a system that doesn't work.

Of course I don't deny that I once was part of it.

I take offense. Dark Fire was made to combat Amaterasu, a HIGHLY OP jutsu that EVERYBODY used at the time. I only use it when I really need to, and all my jutsus regarding the element were approved under strict moderation and control. There are harsh consequences to using it, and from the amount that it's changed since it was made, i'd say that it isn't OP at all. It's now more of a defense mechanism than a jutsu now.

I think that CE should just be taken out of the equation overall and just stick to Custom Jutsus, to prevent any further contradictions.

Also, I would've preferred to leave Dark Fire out of the CE bureau, but because the rules are so strict now I cant fart without applying to do so.

You should quit assuming so much about yourself and others. It makes you look like an ass.

Look whether or not you've got good reasons, it doesn't change that it's irrealistic. And pardon me to believe otherwise at what I put in bold. Lol you basically use Dark Fire all the time and I've never seen the so called consequences.

In any case I'm not here to debate whether your element is restricted or not.

In conclusion I would say that you lack a certain talent in insulting people; by telling me to stop making assumption about people, ergo making me an ass, you did exactly what you told me not to do.

we cant just stop use of CE's or make them 1 per person because there are also a lot of good Ce:
Cloud
diamond
chocolate
ect.

I think the best thing to do would be to clear the custom element thread, keeping in mind who submitted what, and leave everyone re-submit the CE they really want (considering many have more then 1). All the jutsu associated with the re-submit element could be kept if resubmit (although that may require more work and piss everyone off )

The ability to use a custom element IS A KG. And it is stipulated in the current rules that you cannot possess 2 KG.
