This is getting silly, Rei, probably sometimes a simple no is enough. XD I do agree that sometimes it's annoying to submit a jutsu and get it declined because it's similar to a CE, but yeah, that's that, we wanted a Costum Element Bureau, now we have it and you guys are complaining? Heh.

In my honest opinion, continuing on this thread, arguing and such over who's right and who's wrong is pointless, even if I am late, if the big guns upstairs said no, it's gonna stay no. ._.
