Yeah but you can't activate it from the start.
When you were using his awakening with full health the opponent was basically done for.
Warping directly behind them at any time & making them wasting their substitute was hax.

Each character has two awakenings, they can only use their full power in their True Awakening.
Minato can't warp behind his opponent until he loses more than half of his HP which sucks.

They didn't nerf him....His awakening jutsu and his UJ are far far worse. Minato keeps getting buffs every single game bc of fanservice that the only game in the series where he was balanced was Storm 1.
