They didn't nerf him....His awakening jutsu and his UJ are far far worse. Minato keeps getting buffs every single game bc of fanservice that the only game in the series where he was balanced was Storm 1.

As I said. His combos are more reaching than ever, his awakening jutsu is f*cked and his ULtimate jutsu's reach...don'te ven get me started. Just as broken and bad as Madara's wood dragon.
