For some reason I think Minato won't fight Pain, because if this filler focuse on Naruto and Sasuke, then Minato and Tsunade will get defeated by Pain which I doubt, but due to plot. Besides, Minato is the only one capable of saving the village from Chou Shinra Tensei and Chibaku Tensei. We have to wait and see though, and only one more week left.

Honestly, I agree, people hype this fight too much, but in the end there will be no epic fight, just flashbacks and talk no jutsu. Remember, the fight between Naruto and Sasuke on episode 466 this week consist of only one episode fight which is not possible for this filler to have someone like Minato fighting Pain. If the filler does so, then I believe they will have Naruto fight against Pain.
