We're referring to a regular Uchiha's capabilities in general, not fodder genin.

not to mention Kidomaru has knowledge on dojutsu so staring at an uchiha would be stupid.

Except Chiyo admitted that multiple ninja was needed to handle the 3T Sharingan despite them having knowledge on Itachi's Genjutsu. Knowledge isn't helping Kidoumaru evade it.

Other Uchihas besides who? 3T Sharingan wasn't suggested to be such a rarity to the point where no one had it.

Besides, Danzo seems to have at least 5 nice pairs of 3T Sharingans on his arm.

Likely because the Byakugan developed earlier for Hyuugas whereas the Sharingan developed later for most Uchihas which meant most Genins didn't have access to their visual prowess until they reached their adulthood. That's made obvious when Itachi awakened his Sharingan at age 8 which emphasized how talented Itachi and Sasuke was considered talented by Haku for awakening his Sharingan.

I can't, but Sharingan's portrayal of genjutsu on Zabuza was depicted as a natural ability of the Sharingan.

If you're implying that the Uchiha Clan with just 1 Tomoe Sharingans were portrayed to be threatening and powerful to the point that they can trigger an entire World War, then be my guest, because that just supports my argument even more.

K, keep comparing a prodigy like Neji compared to Uchiha Genin who likely don't have the Sharingan and see where that gets you. OP clearly wasn't referring to Uchiha Genin in the first place, but the clan itself in general which is composed of mostly Adult Uchihas.

I'm comparing neji with byakgan to neji with sharingan against Kidomaru. I said Neji using genjutsu even despite being a prodigy uchiha would not be able to use it on kidomaru. Sasuke is a prodigy and even he wasn't using genjutsu in part 1.
