Well, then by your logic.. Nagatos usage of Rinnegan is much superior to even Hagoromo's? All that we have seen from Hagoromo is "Six Paths - Chibaku Tensei" together with Hamura, so he can't use any other Rinnegan-technique?

Possessing rinnegan in one eye won't limit you you'll still be able to use the rinnegans 6 path abilities you don't need DR rinnegan for that, possessing rinnegan in both eyes amplifies the power of the rinnegan.

very good point, not only did sasuke notice and react to it thanks to sharingan but he had enough time to bring up stage1 susanoo. why not just absorb or push it away, it's been over a decade of possessing the rinnegan, something that he has used longer than he had sharingan in shippuden, you'd think he be natural with all rinnegan abilites at this point? unless he puposely holds back his power which isn't like something sasuke would do, he would embrace the full power of rinnegan, not limit himself to just use his superior substitution jutsu, especially in a situation that his 6path jutsus is the perfect solution to counter momo and shin.

when his eyes powers are weakened, all it does is disable sasuke's ability to use his mangekyou jutsus. that's it. the tomoes in his rinnegan is just a signal he can use his MS stuff, like amaterasu and susanoo. doesn't effect his rinnegan jutsus (that we're aware of)

2. He has all the rinnegan paths!
3. The rule about 2 eyes being required to unlock full power doesn't apply to eyes with 6 or more tomoe!
Why don't people get this?!
First of all, he used chibaku tensei which is a gravitational technique that does in fact stem from Deva path!
Secondly, he showcased both Deva and Preta paths. It stands to reason then that he can use all the other ones as well. Why on Earth would Sasuke just randomly have only 2 out of 7 paths?
Third of all, it should be clear from Kaguya's rinne sharingan and the fact that Sasuke soloed all 9 bijuus effortlessly with just one eye (whereas Nagato with 2 eyes couldn't even stop a rampaging 8 tailed half Kurama) that any eye beginning in the prefix rinne that has 6 or more tomoe is greater than or equal to the power of 2 normal rinnegan eyes.
As for the reason for him not using alot of stuff if he has it:
Have you people forgotten that Masashi Kishimoto is the prince of all nerfing?! Have you really forgotten how Rikudou Madara failed to avoid alot of the damage that he could have avoided if he had used things like:
chakara absorption (he could have absorbed Naruto's lava rasenshuriken)
Bijuu Bomb (he could have nuked the world with trees of multiple juubi bijuu bombs like the one Obito made)
Susanoo (combined with truth seeking balls would have made a superb defense and offense
Wood Style (could literally put people to sleep)
Genjutsu (would have worked on Guy)
Better usage of his truth seeking balls (admit it, we all know that Madara's usage with truth seeking balls was crap when compared to Obito's usage and this is coming from a huge Madara fan)
Chakara arms
rinnegan techniques aside from limbo and chibaku tensei
the other mangekyou jutsus aside from susanoo that we never saw!
army of various types of clones (he can use shadow clones, wood clones and limbo clones and some if not all of these can even use susanoo!)
Etc...
Madara could have used just about anything at anytime, but Kishi made Madara seemingly forget an enormous part of his arsenal!
You should be able to see from Madara and many other characters that it is typical of Kishi to make characters just plain not use the things in their arsenal!

There is 0% evidence that hints at anything about tamoe rinnegan = negates rules. only difference between a regular rinnegan and a tomoe rinnegan (not sharr-rinnegan) is that it allows sasuke to use his mangekyou abilities. that's it.

Okay, but besides that, Nagato/Madara/Sasuke are better than Hagoromo in using the Rinnegan? All of them showed feats while Hagoromo did not.

What Hagormoo showed was vastly after from Madara, Nagato, and Sasuke.
And the same thing vice versa.
Madara isn't able to summon pure energy from the dead to aid in a mass summonig jutsu of all nine bijuus and Team 7.
Madara isn't also able to travel through time to witness the fate of Indra and Ashura's conflict like Hagormoo did.
Same goes for Hagormoo as he cannot use Limbo Hengoku, Amenotejakra, Dimensional Travel, Six path of pain etc.
So there's no blueprints to whatever a rinnegan possesses but from what we've seen is that everyone has different usage and abilities with the Rinnegan.

Madara was able to use mangekyou techniques as well with rinnegan active. He spammed susanoo in his fight with the 5 kages with rinnegan active (although it is notable that he also used susanoo without eyes). Anyway the evidence that one tomoe rinnegan >= 2 normal rinnegan eyes is evident by the sheer power that Sasuke has displayed with his rinnegan as well as the power the rinne sharingan has displayed.

What was that again? maybe you should quit watching the terrible anime errors and stick to manga only. he needs mangekyou sharingan to use sharingan abilities, the reason he used susanoo is because once you first awaken it, you no longer require the eyes to use it. either that or his hashirama tat enabled it for him. either way, he needed to capture ay in genjutsu with his sharingan not rinnegan.
tomoe rinnegan = regular 2 rinnegan's.
all tomoe rinnegan does is allow you to do differently is use sharingan jutsus. that's it

Sasuke has the Rinnegan, which mean he does, especially since he can use Preta. He just doesn't have as much knowledge of the Rinnegan like Nagato and Madara did. Plus, Kishi's been nerfing him since the war started in the manga
Not really since Sasuke's CT uses the target as it's core.
