Because we see so many threads made about abusive/scandalous women or threads that show men in a better light. No, pretty sure 99% of the time it's just how some guy did something and then everyone proceeds to blame all men for an individual's action.Love how this thread turned into talking about times when women threatened men. Fragile male ego has struck again!
Who's telling you can't make them?Because we see so many threads made about abusive/scandalous women or threads that show men in a better light. No, pretty sure 99% of the time it's just how some guy did something and then everyone proceeds to blame all men for an individual's action.
I stopped being in a relationship after that incident since relationships aren't worth it anymore.Relationships these days are garbage to the bone. It can go as far as to Instagram likes. -___-
the self hate is overwhelming with this oneWho's telling you can't make them?
It's just kinda sad that whenever someone points out something distressing that has happened to a woman or women, there's also that group of guys who have to chirp up "Hey, look what happened to us too! We can be victims too! Look at us too!" Like, you don't need to conquistador a conversation about a specific woman or women for people to see that.
Please show me where I dismissed the notion of talking about things that distress men as opposed to me dismissing the notion of men forcing conversations that have started about a specific case with women about them.the self hate is overwhelming with this one
Because I have no reason to and I already know what kind of conversation that thread would lead to.Who's telling you can't make them?

Riker Slade is a notorious white knight. He can't help his nature.the self hate is overwhelming with this one
Not really. Suffering in general is paid attention to all the time. The notion that men just "live with it" is an inaccurate generalization.Because I have no reason to and I already know what kind of conversation that thread would lead to.
And whenever someone points out something distressing about what's happened to a man, there's also that group of women who have to chirp up "Hey, look what happened to us too! We can be victims too! Look at us too!" But they always get a pat on their back.
People suffer everyday, but only the women get the most attention. Men just have to live with it.
And I'm just tired of people trying to point fingers.
Not really. Suffering in general is paid attention to all the time. The notion that men just "live with it" is an inaccurate generalization.
Then make a thread about it? Share it around? Do something to help bring more awareness to this issue? Why are you only bringing this up as a debate weapon? You must be registered for see links
because YOU a self proclaimed "feminist" also claim that feminism is about equality, yet when men's issues are brought up suddenly that "equality gets thrown out the window. Then make a thread about it? Share it around? Do something to help bring more awareness to this issue? Why are you only bringing this up as a debate weapon?
Is this unfortunate? Of course, and it deserves to be addressed and taken as seriously as any other issue. This isn't a competetion.
When did I say throw equality out of the window?because YOU a self proclaimed "feminist" also claim that feminism is about equality, yet when men's issues are brought up suddenly that "equality gets thrown out the window.
Egalitarian or sexist there is no in between
when I made a thread about feminism being bullshitWhen did I say throw equality out of the window?
What a specific, in-depth and meticulously constructed argument.when I made a thread about feminism being bullshit
Wow way to maneuver around my other point. Not really. Suffering in general is paid attention to all the time. The notion that men just "live with it" is an inaccurate generalization.
I never denied this(It's not that hard to understand why this is the case anyways). I'm saying your notion that everyone just throws men to the curb and automatically don't care or care more about women's distress is faulty.Wow way to maneuver around my other point.
So there's more headlines about men being in distress as opposed to women and more stories of female crime than male? I don't think so.
So is that why there's little to no coverage of male rape in prison, when it actually outnumbers female rape? Cruel and unjust.I never denied this(It's not that hard to understand why this is the case anyways). I'm saying your notion that everyone just throws men to the curb and automatically don't care or care more about women's distress is faulty.
