Yes, it does. The male's pride is so cranked he will shame the female in company of his friends to regain his honor.
And if women tried to do that to a men, he'd just beat them to a pulp and leave. It was clear in that video that the girl tried to get up at some point and the man threatened her so aggressively she cowered back into the tub. 3 women dominating a man into a tub and cutting his hair whilest he cowers in fear would be a rare case, I'll tell you that.

I think you need to step outside more often. Most men just walk away.
Girls are the ones that can't let old wounds go.
I broke up with one of my ex's face to face and tried to be as nice as possible, saying that I'd be her friend still and that I'm sorry, etc. I hugged her for over an hour until she stopped crying. Afterwards, she demanded that I get back with her or I'd regret it and I told her no. She then told all of our acquaintances that I forced into doing sexual acts. A week later when I was at a mall with one of my friends who happened to be a girl, my ex saw me and thought I as already dating and tried to get a drug dealer to fight me.
Words cannot describe how much trouble she caused my life.
So yeah, let's keep talking about how male ego is always the problem.

I think you need to read properly, or refrain from jumping to conclusions. From my post, I can understand you'd think I'm referring to all men but it was directed to that one male from the video. And ofcourse, most men would walk away. I'm not generalizing men. It was just that guy in the vid.
As for your tragedy, that's wicked of her. Now, did she physically assault you herself? No. You were not held hostage, beaten, raped, or anything that directly endangers you. By her hands, that is. It was another man I assume (the drugdealer) that came after you, am I correct?

You just said for me to read carefully and then said that you can understand why I misunderstood your comment.
You didn't specify and it sounded like you clump all men or most into the same category. If you were talking about the guy in the video, then yeah I would agree, but it didn't sound that way.
And yeah, another man on a woman's word. By your inclination, then Charles Manson is innocent because he didn't do the crimes himself. And I have been physically assaulted by a woman before or attempted assault with a fork because I refused to date her "officially" after maybe a week of just hooking up. This happened in school by the way.

That video was very disturbing. No matter its shape or form, violence is never okay. Whether it was a group of men or women, this type of behaviour should not be tolerated. And not all wounds are physical.
“Why didn’t she just leave him?” What makes us think that she hasn’t tried? Or that she doesn’t want to? Is it so hard to believe that she might fear for her safety if she left him? I mean, it was very clear in the footage that she was afraid of him. Could it be that she makes excuses for him time after time because he is all sweet for her after each episode of abuse, and has her believing that he is trying to change and that he is really sorry? Leaving might seem like the easiest and most obvious choice for us, but for someone in an abusive relationship and who is living in a place where violence is the norm, this may not be so feasible in their eyes. Experiences of hopelessness and powerlessness are not uncommon in victims of intimate partner violence.
Edit: Assault done directly or indirectly (via another person) is not okay either. ^^

Well afterwards I cut all contact from her including people I knew that were also acquainted with her. The guy she sent after me held a grudge and I bumped into him at the mall a few times when I was on a date with other people. Last I heard, he died. So good riddance. This was years ago though.
Yes, you're right. I apologize ._. Thus the edit in the previous post. Didn't want to correct that part before you could reply to it.
On another note; I didn't say she's innocent. My point is you'd have the physical prowess to overcome a woman's attack. I wouldn't even blame you if you broke her nose when she tried to stab you with a fork. I'm saying if the roles were reversed, it'd be way harder for a female to overcome an attack from a male. That's all.

Well on that point I agree, but that doesn't excuse them of the crime. And there have been role reversal experiments where the public always sided with the woman regardless of the situation.
Even in court, the woman always has the benefit of the doubt.

You and I both know that that is not true. Also, I don't know about the arguing part, however I do think that these issues need to be discussed *_*
Some girls are generally fuc-king insane.
I remember breaking up with my second girlfriend in high school because she cheated on me, but yet she was the one assaulting me because I didn't want to be with her anymore. What an arrogant bitc_h.

Haha well women will never give up. Even in court the fight will drag long. Try argue with them and you will end up lost of words. Men nature like to end things fast so eventually they will give in.

You'd be surprised how many women give up. There are sometimes so many things stacked against us and it's not just men who do this to women; women do this to women as well Of course that is not to say that men do not suffer from rigid gender roles and expectations either.OT: I understand that it could have been much worse for the woman in the video, but it is still very demeaning and her distress is real.
