If Nagato had even that lil amount of Rikudo chakra he would stomp SM Naruto's ass with 0 diff same goes to Obito he would solo those 4 easily..... rinnegan Obito got rikudo chakra when he sucked it from Madara. But There is nothing says that rinnegan chakra is rikudo chakra .the scan you added merely states that the rinnegan has so powerfull chakra .
The op obviously means that the rinnegan user can only use rinnegan abilities .

Orrr we can use logic (which is hard for you) and come to the conclusion that the power the Rinnegan grants on it's own isn't enough to buff their abilities to that extent. Not to mention Pain splits Nagato's power between 6 bodies. Nagato w/ the Rinnegan and his own body thus his full power would stomp SM Naruto with 0 difficulty. Obito being able to solo Gai, Naruto, B and Kakashi w/ the power a single eye gives him is based on nothing.

Actually, Rikudou's Chakra is the strongest alongside the Uchiha's and Senju's Chakra, so if it's not Rikudou's Chakra, than what other Chakra is there that's even stronger than an Uchiha's and Senju's Chakra?

There's no chakra other than Rikudou's Chakra that's stronger than Uchiha and Senju Chakra aside from Bijuu Chakra, but that's certainly not the case.

You are wrong here imo .when sasuke realised that attacks made by rikudo chakra works on limbo .he had to draw rikudo chakra from the seal to use rikudo chakra fused chidori meaning his rinnegan doesnt grant him rikudo chakra that is why he resorted to rikudo chakra of the seal
There is another possible explanation ,rinnegan grants you rikudo chakra but not rikudo senjutsu chakra ,the seal have rikudo senjutsu chakra that can work on limbo while rikudo chakra of the rinnegan isnt senjutsu ,just normal rikudo chakra .
