The most kind yet her kindness feats are on par with others.

There are these things called inner monologues that help us understand characters and their personalities, motives etc. Hinata doesn't have a bad bone in her body making her more innocent kind than Rin. Obito was probably kinder than Rin, going out if the way to help the elderly etc making himself late and he still got turned. You said it yourself. She's on everyones good side. She only told Kiba and everyone else to aspire to be hokage a.k.a the best version of themselves possible. She helped 5 nations to their feet.
