Konan supported Nagato, a man who committed the genocide of Hanzo's entire clan (stated on panel to include innocent men, women, and children) because he was upset with one man (Hanzo) and wanted a warped form of vengeance. She ruthlessly blew up people with paper bombs when they refused to give her intel on Naruto during the Leaf invasion. She helped in the destruction of the Leaf which includes a variety of both civilian and shinobi clans... that's mass genocide. Who knows what else she did. Just gentle with Nagato/Yahiko and when she was a child lol. She was misguided and evil out of ignorance for nearly the entirety of her life bar her talk with Naruto after Nagato was converted via tnj and her fight with Tobi where she changed her stance on hope.
She and Nagato had a great dream but went about it the wrong way. They could have done it another way with the power they had. But at least they were redeemed in the end and had their character development, that was good. Though, it may have come too easily. I like Nagato and Konan very much btw, but you can really tell they weren't too serious with their methods given they were being ruthless for years but gave them up at one conversation with a teenage boy.
Hinata is nice, but mostly towards Naruto. I'd say she's more polite and reserved than nice towards others, though.
Rin was outgoing and pretty optimistic. Kind to everyone. It'd be her. Gave gifts to Obito and Kakashi. Looked out for Obito even though she wasn't romantically interested in him. Didn't like conflict. She was nearly a saint from what little we saw of her. I don't blame Obito for looking at her as a "light" in his life.
