Personally a great stride in how far science has gone, though I think they could have maternally-reconfigured that tongue :lol

I figure cloning and genetic recombination would be a great idea for pets once we get rid of the growing feral and abandoned pet problem.

I wanted to see how they did it. And for some reason, I want this tested on humans.

Can that be done on people?

Yeah, but of course there comes some ethical quandaries when wanting to do so. We are not all that different from other mammals, yet our enormous brain case gives us the power to make deep questions like "is this cloned person real"? Of course the person is real, but there are people out there who believe in the existence of souls, and some people think cloned people would not have that soul.

I think beyond that hogwash, the cloned person would just have a brief existential crisis. Something more impactful than a child learning that his father is actually his adopted guardian.

True enough. Anyone remember Dolly the Sheep? She was first to be cloned, back in the 90s.

Dat sig doe.

I knew it had to be a sheep. Either that or a lamb I believe she passed away though. 2006 I think...

I appreciate the love for my sig :D

You think that hasn't already been done? Cloning humans, that is.

OT: I find this cloning thing unnatural and somewhat evil.

Very cool, and I agree that we need to be careful with these sorts of experimentations. And yeah, I remember Dolly *_*
