send your needles at your mouth and catch them, but be careful otherwise you'll injure yourself.
Once done, spit the needles at that tree over there

Throw the needles to the air and try to catch them with your mouth. just be careful so you wont hurt yourself. You can start with a single needle or with 2. When you get the hang of it you can use more so it's easier for you to start.

I don't think that's the way that technique works though...

I ever understood how they could swallow needles and keep them there =| they must take them out of their pocked, throw them directly at their mouth where they store them with their mouth closed, and when they want they shoot them at their opponents.

You just have to spit it from your mouth, without any saliva. Hold the needles with your lips, like how ppl do with the cigars when they're smoking. Dont put the needle too deep inside your mouth. Then just spit it out. This way it won't be covered in saliva and it will go further.

Guess you have to train your accuracy. Keep trying. Start a little closer to the tree. While your accuracy is getting better, increase the distance between you and the tree
