So we have:
-Jozu portrayed alongside Marco and WB against Admirals.
-Vista portrayed alongside rest of commanders against Vice Admirals.

As for who they fought. Jozu and Marco were fighting the main enemy the top threats in the war. Mihawk was completely nonchalant he was fighting to everyone's level not his own, Luffy was dodging his attacks, Mr.1 blocked one of his attacks, Crocodile stopped him. It was clear Mihawk was simply putting as much energy as the enemy required. He was fighting to his enemies level.

The Admirals were looking to kill as it was their duty to make sure the execution takes place.

Different attacks, that might have been Mihawks strongest attack shown to date and Jozu left without one scratch. Not only the fact that he didn't get injured he completely stopped the force of that slash, he wasn't even pushed back by it. Even Zoro pushed Fujitora back with his much much weaker slash.

Now I know we aren't talking about Jozu vs Vista because we know that would end up a stomp in Jozu's favour.

Save the BS. If being matched up against Admirals placed Marco and Jozu above Vista, then it does the same for Luffy. Match-ups are legit powerscaling means until you don't want them to be because they hurt your narrative.

So Jozu is stronger.I also don't see Doflamingos Haki being better than Jozu's without proof. Jozu can't cover his entire body in diamond, so Vista can attack the areas not covered in diamond. Division number doesn't matter in the WB Pirates.

While I agree with that, Vista isn't cutting diamond unless he has better haki. Now... can any of prove that Vista or Doflamingo have better Haki than Jozu? No, you cant. So by default Jozu wins, imo.
