Why does Naruto's Hokage monument have long spikey hair? After the last Naruto always had a low cut, even during his inauguration ceremony.

So how can his statue possibly have spikey hair? That face would've had to been put up before the last, when Naruto was still a teen but we all know that isn't the case.

Dude why do you care so much about the hair? The statue is more known for capturing faces and couldn't care less about whether he used Hair Gel or not to get rid of the dandruff.

I have noticed this too. Perhaps the only conclusion I have is that this is to recognize the Fourth Shinobi War "Hero". The Hero that has helped stopped the true evil and brought peace to the Shinobi World. That's the Naruto that is on the M=monument.
