That's not how it works, they cannot belong to 2 clans at the same time. They have blood inherited from a Hyuuga mother but that's as far as their relation with the clan goes, they are Uzumaki. Their kids will be Uzumaki as well.

Anyone can mimic Jyuuken body movements with training, doesn't mean they have KKG. The Kekkai Genkai is the Byakugan and the ability to close tenketsu.

Good post I made a similar one the other day. I don't even consider Sasuke's family the Uchiha clan cause Sasuke is rarely there to run the family as a clan. I think the Uzumaki's and the Uchihas are long dead. There clan don't exist anymore.
