Actually, if you use logic, then that does not specify Sasuke can use Limbo. Limbo is a Rinnegan technique, that's obvious. Kamui is a Mangekyou Sharingan technique, too. According to your logic, any Mangekyou Sharingan user could use Kamui.

I'm not sure how you can misconstrue what I was saying.

Madara awakened the Rin'negan when he was alive > Died and his chakra dissipated (and he no longer had his eyes as they were in Nagato now) > Revived after being modified by Kabuto to have a fake Rin'negan > confirmed by the Bijuu.

Nagato had Madara's actually eyes, as did Obito when he had one. Hence why they both could summon the Gedou Mazou. If Madara could summon the Gedou with his fake eyes, he would have done so when Obito was initially weakened, but instead he did it when he was alive and had his eye(s).

This structure can be used as wings. The DB states it. Nothing indicates that Madara's PS didn't fly because he didn't have Sage's Senjutsu. That's ****ing preposterous. The only reason Madara couldn't fly with Kurama was because this SAME structure was reused to create a full Kurama shield, as Kurama and its tails would take a lot of PS' construct's:

because susano is an extension of the user's chakra...they come in different forms...its impossible for there to be a "weak" one
