Sasuke's wings have "hands"; look at the two hand-like structures holding the blade sheath. They look very alike.

If you're directing that comment towards the ability to fly, then the DataBook disagrees with you, as it states that the Perfect Susano'o can fly, and even went so far as to state that the only user was Madara, which means it was directly correlating to him. Then there's the fact that Edo Madara has Hagoromo's chakra.

Then if you want to use that logic; Sasuke can use Limbo because it is said to be a Rin'negan technique, not exclusive to Madara.

Also, Edo Madara does not. It's his own normal chakra that regenerates. The awakening of Hagoromo's chakra is what awakens the Rin'negan. It was specifically stated he had a fake Rin'negan. So there's no way he had Hagoromo's chakra as an Edo.
