I just rewatched the fight and I know the animation wasn't up to par but did you see the night gai animation???
Like holy fuk I think that was the only epic scene of 2015

Well Gai is awesome so it makes sense. Blew a hole in the chest cavity & removed the arm of someone who had 88% of an almost literal god inside him as well as several other things.

I don't care what anyone else says--Gai is awesome.

Seriously, i stopped watching the anime after obito became the jinchuriki, and i was enjoying the animation quality for a few episodes but i had to stop, the fillers got SO DAMN BAD.

you can have fillers sure, but 1) when the manga is finished you don't NEED them any more, and 2) Fillers are one thing... add a filler fight like how they extended the obito kakashi fight. But don't make like 5 flashbacks in one battle (which they literally did). Can anyone go through and tell me starting at the obito transformation till now what all the "non filler" episodes are?

yeah i agree that part was so epic in animation and yeah the only things animated in 2015 are
-Madara vs Obito
-Madara vs Gai
-Madara vs Naruto and Sasuke
