Why can't people just accept the forehead poke?

Itachi poked sasukes forehead everytime Sasuke wanted to train with him... Itachi said "Maybe next time" and poked Sasukes forehead, after this when Sasuke went to practice himself - he learned what he was supposed to learn.

When Itachi last poked Sasuke's forehead - Sasuke was given the Amaterasu (which was used against Obito automatically on contact)

what i believe, is that Itachi transfered jutsus/knowledge/skills into sasuke... without him knowing...

lmfao there was a legit thread about Sasuke giving Sakura all of his Uchiha abilities because of that forehead poke misconception.

The gesture did not have the same meaning among the new Uchiha family as it did with Itachi. But they do share a common denominator, both of them signified love.

Itachi used it to keep Sasuke at a distance, to hide a truth he did not want Sasuke to bear, to keep him "pure".

However with the new Uchiha family, it became a gesture of promise, Sasuke used it on Sakura and Sarada as assurance that he'll be back, while Sakura used it on Sarada to tell her that she will give her the answer later.

That gesture was a "simba" fam.

(1) How does Sasuke view his marriage?

(2) I'm not pissed because I understand that everyone expresses how they feel about another differently. I understand that you don't have to necessarily tell someone you love them for them to know it or for it to be true. Due to Susukes emotional turmoil and the complexity of his character I will never expect for him to behave or have the demeanor of a conventional husband/father.

But I respect your opinion.

People downplay it's significance all the time, especially in terms of this gesture involving Sakura. And what you recall doesn't denounce my orginal point, people don't recall when Michael Jackson was black but he was.
Dude, calm down. He was just asking a question, man.

But at the OP, I think people over think it too much. Looking too deeply & trying to pull too much out of a writing element. It was sentimental with Itachi and Sasuke both, period. If I was to join in & try to get anything out of it other than emotion it's that Sasuke was growing up. He wasn't the kid brother anymore. He was a man, a husband, a father & it was no longer Itachi's generation.

Who drew it? That artist and me seem to be on the same wavelength because when she blushed after touching that forehead I was like:

Then Sarada said she was dirty:
You must be registered for see images

I mean kishimoto set that up perfectly, and if it was unintended then that makes it even more hilarious.

Still not a fan that Sasuke views his marriage in the same way as he views his brother's emotional, desperate (with love in there) manipulation.

It's simply not the same situation and seems needless and awkward. Are people actively pissed off by it?
This. Also doesn't help his family/romance is horrible because Sakura.
