Hebi Sasuke was by far superior to Fugaku, but Fugaku certainly wasn't weak IMO.

Naruto surpassed Minato the moment he activated his Kyuubi Cloak Mode, though his performances has been fairly lackluster.

He was only a jin for the last minute of his life. The Kyuubi would have never given him access to KCM or BM had it not been for Naruto so nope. Also In the manga Minato states himself he's bad at collecting NE or it takes him too long to use it proficiently. BSM was not part of his Alive power. & Again nowhere does the manga state Fugaku was a fodder. He didn't even fight Itachi, he let him kill him. You don't seriously expect me to believe Vote Sasuke equals 13 year old MS Itachi do you :lol Come on Nips you can do better.
