'Konoha's Emergency Warehouse' - 1:30pm
Mizu and Izure seem to be cornered by the devil's incarnate, what will Mizu do in order to defend nexus's sole purpose of harming his beloved village?!
Nexus: Will you be a good boy and hand over the two-tails?
Mizu takes a deep look into nexus's sinister eyes and knows there is only one thing to do. He reaches into his pockets to bring out a pair of gloves and puts them on while looking down.
Mizu: You should be aware of the reason why i was called out of retirement for this assignment.
Nexus: I don't really care but i have a feeling you're going to tell me.
Mizu then reaches around his back to draw out two swords from its scabbards that are attached to his back, charging lightning through his hands and swords, then looking back up to face Nexus.
Mizu: 'Cause apart from the hokage herself, i am the strongest within the village!
Chapter Eight!
'Equilibrium between light and dark'
'Equilibrium between light and dark'
Mizu clutches his sword and looks over his shoulder to look at Izure and then swerving slightly, tossing his sword behind him and towards the wall behind her.
Mizu: Izure... Leave, now!
The sword collides with the wall and creates an alternate route out of the warehouse.
Izure: A-aye!
Izure then scurries to the exit made by Mizu and escapes the warehouse, but...
Nexus: *sigh* Kage bunshin no jutsu!
A clone of nexus appears right beside him and begins chasing after Izure who has just left. The clone rushes past Mizu in a heartbeat but Mizu glances at the kage bunshin and with his remaining sword in his right hand, he throws it in an attempt to destroy the clone.
Nexus: ...Fool
{Gats Ramblings [1] - Englands performance against Algeria was pitiful D: if i don't see improvement in the next match against slovenia, i'm going to chew some gum and kick some ass, and i'm all outta' gum.}
Nexus zips instantly and grabs Mizu's sword before he throws it and still in his grasp, then kicking him in his ribs. Mizu flies towards the other end of the warehouse and collides into steel crates.
Mizu: *Gets up slowly* It doesnt matter if your clone catches up to Izure... As long as i kill you...
Nexus then zips towards Mizu once again while he attempts to get up, raising his foot and forcing it toward mizu's face but at the last moment, Mizu rolls out of the way and onto his knees then jumping into the air swiftly.
Mizu: Raiton! Sword Homing!
The sword Mizu was holding in his right hand sparks vigorously, which he then throws towards Nexus fleetly although Nexus jumps out of the way to avoid the incoming attack. The sword which leaves a streak of lightning connected to Mizu's hand then changes direction that pursues nexus with every manoeuvre he makes.
Nexus: I see... Hence the name
Mizu: My sword will chase you down to the ends of the earth!
Nexus: *sigh* If that's the way it is....
Nexus continues to evade the incoming sword that homes into every one of his moves, while charging chakra into his right hand although his best attempts, the sheer persistence of the sword is even greater than expected. After a while of gathering chakra, Nexus forms a replicant sword of Mizu's but made entirely from a dark attire. He then parries the sword, redirecting it to the side of him and cutting off the lightning connecting between the hilt and Mizu's hand
Nexus: Pitiful... Is this all you have to offer?
Mizu: You're lucky i had to use one sword for Izure to escape, unless the intensity would have doubled.
The sword that nexus held then depletes after its usage, he then looks back at Mizu at the other end of the warehouse who is looking straight towards him. They stare off at eachother.
Nexus (To himself): The fight with the one-tailed, my killing spree to get here and now sharing my chakra between my clone. I've nearly reached my limit...
Mizu: If you've had trouble with one sword. Then prepare to die... Raiton! Tenfold Sword Homing?
Nexus: ...Urgh, Don't tell me...
Mizu then reaches for the scroll attached to his lower back and brings it out, unrolling it infront of him and instantly summoning ten swords which levitate in the air while he drops the scroll on the ground. He then charges lightning into both of his hands and grabs a sword's hilt one by one, throwing them directly at nexus with the same technique as the previous move until all ten swords are connected by each fingertip and pursuing Nexus.
Nexus: ...****...

{Gats Ramblings [2] - Urgh, i used my masterball on Ho-oh on Pokemon heart gold -_- it was just annoying. i got bored of the game for like a month cause of ho-oh. I just desperately wanted to get on with the story}
'Forest boardering the Grass and Fire villages' - 1.45pm
As their destination gradually draws nearer, the team decide to tuck into lunch - Many varieties of ramen.
Flaw: Damn, this is sooo good
Gats: We've had ramen for the past week, from morning till night, its ramen this...Ramen that.
Flaw: Dude! food is food! Get that through your skinny ass
Gats: Is there a word in Romanian for 'Variety'.
Flaw: *With his mouth full* mmm you mmm stupid nom nom bastard hrmmm
Gats: -_-''
Merchant: Guys and gals' your destination awaits ~
Missy: Yeeee~ thank you ;3
As they all disembark from the merchant's carriage, they all...well, not all (because Flaw is too busy eating) notice a large plume of smoke bellowing from the watchtower.
Gats: Hmm, whats going on?
'Konoha's Emergency Warehouse' - 1:45pm
Meanwhile, back at the fight between Mizu and Nexus. The warehouse is left in tatters after the destruction of Mizu's tenfold sword homing but in the wake, Nexus still stands with a barrier standing firm around him and outside of the barrier, shattered pieces of blades from the swords.
Nexus: *Pant* this technique drained more chakra *pant* than i expected...
Mizu: Thats one hell of a defense you got there.
Mizu wipes his nose which slightly bleeds but he then notices the gloves he put on earlier, they've become derelict due to the immense power from his attacks alone.
Mizu: The drawbacks of my techniques can even paralyse the one using them. These rubber gloves did not work out very well...
Nexus: (I've got to end this quick). Enough Yapping!!
Nexus charges out of his barrier with his bare fists, drawing the energy from the barrier he formed into his fists that then become vastly dark and powerful. He throws countless and random punches at Mizu which he then evades with ease but due to the persistence of punches, leaves no room for counter.
Mizu: Damn it, i can't seem to get any breathing space between punches. They just keep coming!
They both steadily move backwards while the barrage of punches delivered by nexus attempt to smash Mizu but his ducking and diving seems to work just fine, Until he reaches the wall.
Nexus: Got you!
Nexus throws one last devistating punch with the chakra utilised in his fists but just like the others, Mizu evades it with ease but the punch itself collides with the wall behind Mizu, making it crumble in an instant and while Mizu is distracted with the wall breaking behind him, Nexus delivers an uppercut which perfectly connects with Mizu's chin, sending him flying outside, landing on his face.
Mizu: M-my jaw...
Nexus steadily walks towards Mizu on the floor while slightly limping and almost out of breath.
Nexus: It's time for your demise, my friend.
Mizu: ...No, i came out of retirement purely for this mission. My last mission, i will not fail!! Doton! Mud wall!
Mizu spits out a line of mud from his mouth infront of him, it then erects into a large wall. He gradually gets up by using the wall until he is on his knees and with both hands firmly on the wall and his gloves barely attached to his hands...
Mizu: RAITON! RAIJIN'S ARMADA?!!!
On the opposite side of the earth wall, the symbol of the summoning technique appears and the wall begins to engulf in thunderous lightning that disintegrates the wall itself but before it completely decomposes the whole area erupts in an enormous light that stretches the north of the village.
Nexus: What...!?

'Konoha-Kusa Watchtower'- 1:50pm
As Gats, Flaw and Missy approach the burning watchtower which was their destination for the mission. They are bewildered to why it has been set ablaze. While they get nearer and nearer, they notice a figure disappearing from the wreckage.
Flaw: Oi! you!
The mysterious person looks around to look at the trio.
???: Oh? and who might you be?!
As they look at person, Missy notices that he holds a bundle of papers.
Missy: Are those the papers we're after?
???: Seems like the early bird caught the worm.
Flaw: :O cliffhanger!!

Even though Nexus seems to be losing to Mizu throughout the fight, keep in mine that he's just came back from a fight with the one-tailed jinchuuriki and came here right away, just to be greeted by the Anbu lol oh and he split his chakra 50/50 with the kage bunshin :/ and Mizu is highly respected as the 2nd strongest throughout the village :/ second to the hokage, so it's him vs. a 20-25% Nexus :/ kinda like a Gai v Kisame situation now that you mention it xP
I don't really remember much of Mizu fighting in the arena so i don't really know his style in fighting but despite his name being Mizu[water] i gave him the element of lightning but he probably knows most of the common elements :/ so dont spaz out on me. Also i based Missy's fighting style around the FT character Erza so she had to use swords and being the daughter of Mizu, it's only logical that he uses swords as well, right?
Anyway, you might be anxious to find out who this unknown person is but it isnt really a huge character like i dunno, Versuvio lol. It's just Teh-Tobz -_- i know, bummer. Also, found out there is a Teh Tobz and Teh-Tobz lol one is a pokemon fan and another is a RP newb, so its not hard to get mixed up with the two ^w^
There were actually two plots for this one FF that i initially thought of but then later scrapped this fic but when i had the urge to restart the FF i decided on a new plot but decided to use some components from the old one into the new one, if that makes any sense O_O
Anyway, the time U_U sheesh, the heroes left at 12:00pm approx. and they reach the border of Kusa-Konoha at 1:50pm... Only took 110 minutes to get there
i dunno, i found that quite short xD
