Tangibility means something can be perceived by the sense of touch. I'm pretty sure I can detect wind through the sense of touch.

The second link you provided even says that intangibility means incapable of being perceived by touch, which is not the case with wind.

No there wasn't I'm not reading Sasuke the Fanfic I'm reading Naruto and in Naruto Kabuto made no mention of NE when the cave reverted

Oh man I forgot we were talking air and not wind specifically. I'm pretty sure air is considered tangible because you can perceive air when it's wind(which is just moving air), but you can't perceive gravity by touch.

Well, it was NE that gave the spikes life, and Amaterasu reverted it back to normal. I haven't heard of caves reforming or stone moving because of heat. It's not farfetched to assume that Amaterasu neutralized the NE when the NE gave the spikes life and Amaterasu reverted it back to normal.

Amatertasu doesn't sap NE, there was never any mention of it. We cannot assume this at all because there is no proof validating otherwise
