Mine answer is the following:Now I can understand Sakura being there a little,but why on earth is Sai is in the Hokages room when Naruto learns about Jiraiyas death?He did not even see him once and Jiraiya has no official relation to team 7.

The damn NaruSaku moments. I don't think they did anything for the story. Putting Naruto through that mess with Sakura when she clearly was into Sasuke, and then having Naruto, after going an entire manga without acknowledging Hinata in any meaningful romantic way, get's awkwardly attracted to Hinata in the Last from a conversation with, of all people, Sakura. The stupidest shit in the whole story imo
