How would you know?

If Naruto were to access Rikudou Sage Mode while in base(No Sage/Kurama eyes), how could you tell? I mean RSM has no distinct markings, the only thing known is Sage/Kurama eyes without orange markings.

So lets say Naruto use RSM but still has blue eyes, how would you know? ​
