If Yata can't block the BD combo, Minato wins. If it can, then it's a stalemate since Itachi won't be able to get past Kurama either.

itachi uses amaterasu while inside PS and roasts bee in his hachibi form. bijudama would get tanked with ease or yasaka beads intercept. the hachibi is easily slashed apart.

Round 2:Kabuto(he can summon only seven swordsmen,he already broke out from Izanami,it wont work anymore)

CT is chopped and PS one shots.

Round 4:Edo Nagato

CT is chopped and PS one shots.

Round 5:EMS Sasuke

PS chidori would do a small amount of damage to itachis PS if it hit, but with the yata mirror further buffering the damage, its negligible. i can see itachi getting the upper hand playing defensively with yasaka beads.

Round 6:Rinnegan/MS Tobi(With Jins)

bijudama from these biju cant even come close to completely destroying PS. that takes quad ten tails bijudama level firepower and even then the user will still be unharmed.

yasaka beads can intercept some bijudama and PS slashes destroy them.

Round 7:Edo BSM Minato

same as above. minato cant destroy PS. he doesnt have anywhere near enough firepower, especially with yata mirror buffering the damage. 360 degree PS slashes obliterate him and his avatar.

Round 8:EDO Madara

itachis loses. skill wise, madara is superior. yasaka beads are countered by madara throwing dozens of PS blades. madara would wear down PS eventually with its slashes.​

Obito's Biju may be not enough to beat itachi PS with yata and totuska but they would serve enough distraction for obito to teleport behind itachi and warp/ninjundu him ,or obito can charge his katon,teleport some meters behind itachi ,then release jiubi sized katon at his face or his ass depends on itachi reactions Lol.

Minato can mark susano and teleport BDs at its back ,actually BM Minato is enough .

As for Madara ,Itachi ps would be around EMS Sasuke in size ,meaning Madara PS dwarfs it in both size and power though yata would probably be able to defend against Madara's PS if it stands to its hype ,then madara outlasts itachi ps with v4 susano .

Not sure what determines the one PS size but it is mostlikely the amount of chakra used to manifest the said susano .that is why madara's v2 susano and ribcage have varied in size drastically .I dont think itachi wont be able to manifest PS equal to sasuke's in size but it would be probably slightly inferior in power though depending on how less potent itachi chakra is to sasuke's .
Edit:itachi chakra isnt enough to manifest ps at all let alone matching sasuke's in size .but since it is the conditions ,I am assuming it would be as big as smallest ps shown in the manga .even if we assuming it is smaller ,that wont change the outcome of every match .

And you are forgeting that Obito can warp Itachi from behind when he is distracted by the Bijuu

obito cant fight alongside the biju. controlling them takes too much concentration as stated. the moment he did this, the 5 tails almost broke out of his control.

he cant warp behind itachi while he is shrouded in susano, so this point is moot. not to mention that itachi can react to him anyway.
