Look again Sasuke's version got 2 arms and the blades are with paper wrapping and Madara's has 4 arms... 2 Wing like arms at the back and 2 normal arms at the front

So really, when there is a debate between EMS Sasuke VS etc. he can NOT win by PS gg, because it's still not perfect it's Imperfect and it's way different when trying to base it of Madara or Rikudou Sasuke's PS feats.

of being recreated without the beasts.

How does that Bijuu Susanoo correlate with EMS Sasuke's PS?
I doubt when members say "PS GG" for EMS Sasuke they mean the
merging of both Sasuke and Naruto's avatar.

Also for all we know the reason for the shortcoming could be that
Naruto has half Kurama, when Madara had full.

That's not the reason, PS has to be full Perfect form not with paper wrappings and 2 arms, because it is a chakra manifestation from the user itself even without the Kyuubi.... Look at the scans.

Design differences =/= imperfection. PS is PS. EMS Sasuke could have attained all those PS features after developing his chakra, thus PS. You're only determining all of that just by one portrayal of Sasuke's PS. Really?
