Design differences =/= imperfection. PS is PS. EMS Sasuke could have attained all those PS features after developing his chakra, thus PS. You're only determining all of that just by one portrayal of Sasuke's PS. Really?

once soosano has evolved to the point were its attained a tengu nose, with shoulder pads and such, then it is ps. nothing like imperfect ps with a soosano having such features. imperfect ps is simply your naming of it, nothing to do with the manga

EMS Sasuke's PS was portrayed only once (too little time to make any judgements) and that also in the form of Iso Susanoo (Iso Susanoo looks are modified). I'm sure if it was pure PS form (not Iso), then it would look the same.
