Obito has recreated TSB. Kishi just got rid of them because they were too OP.

And even if what you said was true naruto should still have 3 TSB left.

He used up all his Gudo Dama. The last 3 were probably wrecked when Indra's Arrow and the Two RasenShuriken clashed.
