Should I Vote Democrat Or Republican In 2016? Just Turned 18.

How can an american party not support one of the amendment in our constitution? How is that possible?

no no no i meant in a sense of strengthening gun control they do support the second amendment they just believe more gun control should be implemented.

Just like ~Naruto&Itachi~ said, Bernie Sanders is someone you might be interested in. He's been a part of the Independent party for decades but recently became a Democrat (which is understandable since his chances would improve).

1. Bernie supports gay marriage,abortion and marijuana legalization.

2. He's a senator from Vermont, a rural state, and knows that eliminating guns completely is unrealistic. His gun policy just calls for more extensive background checks and if you have previous felonies you would be denied.

3. Bernie believes in social programs. That's probably the one thing you wouldn't agree with.

4. He wants to increases taxes on the rich and provide healthcare as a right.

I know what you mean. There's a lot of money and established politics in education so people will definitely make it hard for educational reform. Overall we might not get anything Bernie's fighting for because of that hurdle, but if that happens then it's not his fault. It's his ideals that I believe in, not the results. He's gonna fight for people 110% no matter what the political climate is. His record consistently shows that quality and it's rare to find a politician like that.

We have the money to support it, but we're busy using it on our $800 billion military budget. I forget the exact numbers, but if every American were taxed to support free college for the nation, it would come out to be a dinner for two at an average sit-down restaurant. Per year. We just don't want the focus of the taxes to be on the lower end of the income bracket, because 30 bucks a year in added taxes is too steep for the poor.

People need to understand there is more than just Democrats and Republicans to vote for. The media is what is controlling this belief that they are the only things to vote for. The sooner everyone wakes up and realizes this, the better we will be. They are both part of the same coin. If you vote for one, you vote for the other. Nothing will change voting for either side. Of course no one will do this because it is so ingrained into our society and we will continue to worship the same gods over and over again. All Hail The Democrats! All Hail The Republicans!

When Senator Warren was talking, I knew immediately what she was talking about, and I just wanted to thank the author of the video for including that. The only way that credit card companies are able to get away with tightening their laws to grab more money is due to the Citizens United Act which allows for the lobbying of senators and other politicians to nudge their wants into law. It is a despicable law, and it needs to be repealed ASAP.
