I made a thread earlier about Gudodama being immune to Infinite Tsukuyomi but it was deleted. In the panel below obito absorbed some of madara's Rikudou Senjutsu and molded apart of Black Zetsu into a gudodama.

- What do you think obito absorbed from madara?

- How did obito turn a piece of BZ into a gudodama?

- What do you think BZ is made of?

- How was BZ immune to the light of IT without dojutsu? ​

Also just because BZ is Kaguya's will manifest doesn't mean he possess her power/abilities. Infact BZ is nothing compared to her and he was alive and he was going to be killed numerous times. He even admitted to staying attached to obito so minato and kakashi wouldn't kill him.

Yeah, No. BZ was literally staring at the moon when IT activated, the light had no effect. BZ is simply immune.

Yeah thats reason why Sasuke didn´t use his susanoo to protect Naruto,because Sasuke clearly stated IT can only be countered with Gudoudama.
