Can rock lee be considered kage level??? He should cause people consider Sakura kage

As a ninja she is shit. She does not know how to fight without shaking her legs. Her fighting requires no skill. Just punch the ground and expect to win. She is too one dimensional to be considered a Kage level shonobi. You would make the Kage title a joke if you placed her there.

it's been beyond time trying to refute the lvl of Sakura's ability because it doesn't agree with your bias. The DB hype she got clearly compared her ability against another named character in the story with the exact same abilities and skill set, so there is a crystal clear comparison being made. Your attempt at downplaying Sakura by bringing up somebody that has nothing to do with the subject only serves to highlight your obvious bias and how stubborn you are to cling to it just because you don't like her. I'm not a Sakura fan, but 2 canon sources says she is Kage lvl. Whether you want to accept it or not is your decision to make.

Obviously they can. But that doesn't not make her Kage level. She would be very low Kage level though. They are simply mid- mid-high kage level.

BTW, Hebi Sasuke in only weaker than War Arc SM Naruto, not the Pain Arc one. IMO, Pain Arc SM Naruto = Hebi Sasuke and War Arc SM Naruto > Hebi Sasuke definitely. But that'd be unfair to compare because if Hebi Sasuke continued his powers till the war, he'd be just as strong.

First, let me make it clear that when deciding between Naruto and Sasuke at any level, their respective summons are irrelevant. Otherwise, you have to specifically mention "character + his summons". And another very important thing to keep in mind is that MS Sasuke would be much stronger if he continued with MS till the war (blindness excluded). So he'd be significantly stronger than War Arc SM Naruto in that case, proportionally as he was stronger than Pain Arc SM Naruto at the same time period.

Let's keep the summons out for now and just focus on themselves and their power...
With that, I'll say: Hypothetical War Arc MS Sasuke > Peak canon MS Sasuke >= War Arc SM Naruto > Hebi Sasuke >= Pain Arc SM Naruto

With all potential summons however: Hypothetical War Arc MS Sasuke > War Arc SM Naruto >= Peak canon MS Sasuke > Pain Arc SM Naruto > Hebi Sasuke

In your rating, I presume you're including summons and limiting it to canon. Which means it should be the same as my bolded rating aside from "Hypothetical War Arc MS Sasuke". And your rating is almost exactly the same as mine (the only difference is the partial equality I gave to War Arc SM Naruto and Peak canon MS Sasuke).

Honestly, I don't see things with the kind of limited vision like most people here. So I disagree with most of the opinions in this thread. Though I disagree with their reasoning, I agree with their statements for the most part.

With summons:

Aren't we just talking about just power and capability? Because that's exactly what decides whether a person is Kage level or not. Winning or losing depends upon a LOT of other factors and it is totally irrelevant to the discussion. Diedara is high Kage (S class), yet he lost to Hebi Sasuke who is not higher than mid Kage.

And you're right about the winning/losing aspect as well. In a fight, SM Naruto and Hebi Sasuke would win even against current Sakura, presumably. But this doesn't affect Sakura's Kage position AT ALL. Sakura is still above them when it comes to Kage potency. And aside from her battle power, she's currently the best medical ninja on the planet. That also factors in when deciding "Kage level". So you've got the entirely wrong idea here, pal.

I love Rock Lee, but i dunno if he is Kage level yet. we can assume he has the ability to go to the 7th and possibly 8th gate but those are one chance attacks, to be kage level you would need consistent strong attacks not 8th gate we both die attacks. Plus he only has taijutsu so if he went against someone like Gaara who is a current kage and gaara flew up into the air, how would he win? or if Mei turned the ground to lava what will he do to counter it.
I dont know if Rock lee surpassed Might Guy and could be considered kage level, but he is definately a splendid ninja at least.
