Given the fact that Sakura was fighting throughout the whole war, I don't see what make you think Tsunade's stamina is higher than Sakura's. In fact, Sakura was fighting far longer than Tsunade. Yes, I do agree Sakura is blow Tsunade in term of healing, but that can change over time.
